Three shot at Tennessee university

Three people have been shot at the Tennessee State University in Nashville.

Police are now at the scene and it is understood three people have been rushed to hospital.

No further details about their injuries are available.

A Nashville Metro Police told CNN a shooting had taken place about 11pm local time.

Police have also blocked off the area around the university.
