Russian road lane painter needs a new job

The job of painting the lanes on the road should be done with precision — so maybe this guy should find a new job.

As two men drove down a stretch of road in the Russian countryside they were left in stiches by the inexact work of the linesman who had recently painted the road.

The driver and his passenger were unable to contain themselves as the dividing line painted on the middle of the road drifted off to the right, then to the left, then all over the place.

With the video posted to Facebook by Kolesiko Taiskoe, his only comment was "Laughed a lot."

At times the dodgy lines appear broken before joining together in one long uninterrupted line.

Whether the linesman was drunk at the time or simply not paying attention is not clear.

But the end result is certainly something to laugh at, a lot.
