Woman licks reporter on live TV

An American reporter covering a marijuana legalisation ballot has encountered a video bomber of a very different kind.

In a moment of celebratory mischief, the fearless woman snuck up behind Portland KOIN 6 reporter Tim Becker and appeared to lick the back of his neck.

Becker seemed to recoil but regained his composure to finish his live cross on Wednesday evening, after Oregon voters said yes to legal marijuana.

He later confirmed the worst, tweeting: "Kinda got licked during a liveshot."

The station called for viewers to be on the lookout for the woman, asking that in future she "leaves her tongue out of it".

"If you recognise the villain in the video, please chastise her for us," the station wrote.
