Pregnant teacher plunges to her death after horror fall in Greece
A pregnant US teacher has plunged to her death in a horror fall while hiking in the Greek Islands.
Clara Thomann, 33, from Santa Barbara, fell 50 metres down a gorge in Crete on December 23, according to local media outlet the Greek Reporter.
Thomann was six months pregnant at the time and lost her baby in the fall.

She was rushed to hospital with serious chest and head injuries but died on December 29.
Thomann's organs, including her kidneys, liver and corneas were donated following her death, reported another outlet Neakriti.
At the time of the tragedy, Thomann was on holiday with her partner.
The principal of Dos Pueblos High School, the school at which Thomann taught at paid tribute to the beloved teacher.

"There are no words to describe the sadness we are all feeling," Woodard told Noozhawk, a Santa Barbara news site.
"Ms Thomann was so kind and such a great teacher who loved her students and loved science. Our hearts break for her family and for all of us who are feeling this loss."
