Pick up truck rams car off road in unprovoked attack

A "lunatic" driver is being sought by US police after he rammed another car off a highway and caused it to smash into a guard rail.

Noah Wilson was driving to a Chinese restaurant in Muskogee, Oklahoma with his girlfriend on Saturday night when a dark red pick-up truck "came up behind and started going crazy".

Mr Wilson said he was then rammed from behind.

"I told her my girlfriend to hold on because I didn’t know how bad it was gonna get," Mr Wilson told Fox 23.

After the unprovoked attack, they then went across two lanes of traffic and hit a guard rail, and were almost struck by another car.

Their car was crumpled and the couple suffered cuts and scratches to their faces.

The crash was filmed by another driver's dashcam, who has turned it into the police.
