Rescue of passengers trapped midway up 400ft SeaWorld Orlando tower underway

The rescue of about 50 people trapped on a ride in SeaWorld Orlando is underway, after a carriage stopped midway up the 400ft Sky Tower.
The ride has moved towards the ground as emergency crews work to reach the guests, WESH TV reported.
Passengers were trapped for about two hours.

SeaWorld said its staff were working with fire crews to organise the rescue.
"We are in constant communication with the guests and team members on the ride, and all passengers are safe," the company said in a statement.
"The safety of our guests and team members is SeaWorld's top priority."
