Man finds spider crawling inside his ear

This is the horrifying moment a man who thought he had a painful ear infection found a spider crawling inside instead.

Bruce Banit, from northwestern Missouri, filmed himself on his mobile phone making the skin crawling discovery the Daily Mail reports.

'Swan at Lake of the Ozarks last weekend and got a super painful ear infection, tried to use my phone camera to see if I could see anything... Found this!' Mr Branit wrote on Youtube on Friday.

The video has since been viewed more than 185,000 times with many expressing their disgust and horror.

“Christ, this is why I sleep with earplugs,” one viewer wrote.

But others questioned whether the video was real, saying the footage could well have been made from two clips edited together.

“This is reaaally fake. The part where it becomes most visible and creeps back in is pretty obviously cgi to me, but well done nonetheless,” another viewer wrote.
