Canadian pop star turned wannabe bad boy Justin Bieber has reportedly been dragged out of Californian music festival Coachella by a security guard.
The 21-year-old was placed in a choke hold and kicked out of the festival during a performance by Drake, according to TMZ.
The singer reportedly argued with security personnel after he was refused entry to a VIP area backstage. Bieber told the security guards he couldn’t stand in the crowd because he’d get bombarded by fans, and insisted fellow Canadian musician Drake had personally invited him backstage.
It is believed the singer is “considering” legal action against the festival.
The incident is the latest of many public incidents documenting the singer’s fall from teenage grace.
He has been arrested numerous times since 2012 accused of reckless driving, vandalism, drink driving, resisting arrest and illicit drug use.
In November 2013, the Gold Coast City Council ordered the QT Hotel in Surfers Paradise to clean graffiti off its walls which Bieber had allegedly painted after a performance in Brisbane.
