A South African court is ruling on the fate of Oscar Pistorius, after prosecutors launched an appeal to have his manslaughter conviction upgraded to murder.
The Olympic runner was found guilty of manslaughter after he shot his girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp, dead in February 2013.
Initial reports suggested the court had already ruled to uphold the manslaughter conviction.
