The strange sight has left experts scratching their heads, with one possible reason for the animals' movements potentially being due to Listeriosis or Circling Disease.
Circling Disease is a localised infection of the brain stem of ruminants by Listeria monocytogenes, which typically results in a lack of control of movement or paralysis.
However, animals who catch the disease normally die one to two days after symptoms first begin.
