French daredevil crosses desert peaks on a slackline

Frenchman Theo Sanson has released magnificent footage of himself shuffling along a slackline between two desert peaks in the Utah desert.

For what seems an agonising amount of time, Sanson slowly picks his way across the 500m line which is 120m above the ground.

The daredevil completed crossing from The Rectory to Castleton Tower in Castle Valley on November 14.

The feat is believed to be a world record.
