Engine fire forces plane to make emergency landing

A passenger plane has been forced to make an emergency landing in Colombia after one of its engines caught on fire.
Video of the incident filmed from inside the cabin shows Flight 8023's right engine alight and bright flames licking the windows shortly after take-off on Wednesday.
A few passengers can be heard chatting nervously while others hold hands as the aircraft circles over the illuminated city of Bogota below.

According to local media, the Rionegro, Antioquia-bound flight managed to touch down safely at El Dorado airport, where it had departed from earlier that day.
The cause of the engine fire is not yet known.
