Domino's worker tells complaining customer where to go

A Domino's employee in the US has been filmed fulfilling every hospitality worker's dream by telling a complaining customer exactly where he wants her to go.

According to Eric Promenchenkel, he called the Saginaw, Michigan store to nitpick with staff after receiving a pizza with light sauce instead of the white sauce he ordered.

When the store manager hung up on him for a second time, the complainant enlisted his girlfriend's mother, Brandi Averill, to pay the store a visit – and that's when things turned personal.

"It's not my fault you guys didn't order your pizza right," employee Chris Bernier is shown saying to the woman.

Asking for a supervisor's name, Ms Averill is then told: "My supervisor's name is 'Go F--- Yourself.' Get the f--- out of here, you f------ r-----."

She retaliates by calling out a "40-year-old" man for being in a "pizza outfit".

Mr Bernier told WNEM TV5 that he regrets the language he used but if others were privy to everything that happened, especially the phone calls, they would not be sympathetic for the woman.

Unfortunately, his employer disagreed and fired him on Monday.

"The comments made in by this person do not reflect those of Domino's Pizza," a statement from the franchise read.

"We apologise for how poorly this reflects on our local stores and we assure you corrective action will be taken as the franchise owner determines."
