Dog sneaks out of kennel to cuddle up to crying foster puppies

A dog has broken out of her kennel during the night to cuddle up to two crying foster puppies who were spending their first night at a Canadian pet motel.

Maggie the dog snuck out of her kennel at Barker’s Pet Motel and Grooming and stayed next to the puppies for the whole night.

“We’ve never really seen it before, where a dog sneaks out to some puppies and is so excited to see them,” pet motel worker Alex Aldred told ABC News US.

“We left work and then we were watching the surveillance cameras while we were out and we saw Maggie was sitting in front of the puppies' kennels,

“When we came back in the morning they were all still cuddled up together.”
