Cristiano Ronaldo welcomes his fourth child

Football star Cristiano Ronaldo has welcomed his fourth child, born to his model girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.

The baby girl, Alana Martina, will be a sister to twins reportedly birthed by a surrogate earlier this year and older brother Cristiano Junior, aged seven.

Ronaldo, 32, took to social media to announce that Rodriguez, 22, and their newborn were doing well.

"Alana Martina has just been born! Both Geo and Alana are fine! We are all very happy!" Ronaldo wrote. 

The Portuguese star shared a picture of the happy couple, their baby and Cristiano Junior at hospital.

Ronaldo made his relationship with Rodriguez public last year, and she announced her pregnancy weeks after the twins were born.
