Chinese van driver toying with radio rams into shopfront

It's hard to believe how someone could get things so wrong.

A man trying to change the radio station in a stationary van somehow started the vehicle before ploughing into a nearby shop, injuring two people.

The clearly untrained driver was filmed on CCTV climbing into the van in southwest China on November 28 before accidentally starting it.

As the van starts to move forward, the driver hit the accelerator instead of the brake in panic, clipping a pedestrian carrying a piece of furniture across the road.

The silver van then slams into a shopfront and pins a woman against the shelves.

Locals then rushed to push the van back to free the woman.

Fortunately, neither victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
