Car bumper destroyed by road cone

A Ford Fiesta came off second best when it took on a road cone and ended up in pieces on a UK road.

Mobile video recorded by a witness who couldn’t stop laughing at the driver’s expense shows the tiny hatchback trying to shake off the cone on the side of the road in rural Manchester last week, according to Yahoo News.

The driver had unfortunately managed to run over the object and it had become stuck under the front end of his car.

A plastic cone shouldn’t be an issue for most vehicles but this driver probably didn’t bank on this one being filled with concrete.

The driver tries to reverse, but the cone is well stuck under the front bumper and the entire plastic fitting is left hanging like string.

With the assistance of a police officer, the cone is eventually wedged free but the Fiesta’s front is in tatters.
