Bomb detonated at Brussels police building

A car bomb has been detonated at a police building in Brussels, but no injuries have been reported.

The vehicle rammed through security barriers at the Institute of Criminology sometime between 2:30am and 3am, reports say.

Although the building was deserted, several laboratories caught fire as a result of the blast.

Police are unsure of how many attackers were involved.
