Facebook has given an insight into what it takes to get a job with the social media giant.
Facebook has provided a glimpse into their talent acquisition process in an interview with Business Insider.
Facebook’s global head of recruiting Miranda Kalinowski has revealed a question that is popular among interviewers at the company.

“On your very best day at work — the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world — what did you do that day?”
The aim is apparently to gain an insight into “what the candidate is truly passionate about”.
Facebook currently has 13,000 employees across 64 offices around the globe and is continuing to grow.
