An Audi driver in the UK has been filmed scrolling through her mobile phone while trying to cut in front of queuing traffic.

Video taken by a motorbike rider who confronted the female driver in a fiery exchange shows the woman swing out from behind a line of traffic in Oldham, Manchester.

After driving just a few metres down a right-turn only lane, and overtaking three cars, the woman then cheekily tries to sneak back into the same lane she was originally in.

Clearly not happy with the move, motorbike rider Brett Mullineaux can be heard on his helmet cam saying, “what a f---ing w---er’.

Mr Mullineaux then speeds up and drives in front of the Audi before turning around to made a crude gesture and give the woman a piece of his mind.

It’s then that the camera catches the driver looking on her mobile phone at the wheel.

Undeterred, the woman swears and makes the same gesture back.

Mr Mullineaux told the Daily Mail he shouldn’t have overreacted but the driver was “petty” and “pathetic”.

“How impatient do you have to be to put everyone in danger to go past three cars? I think by the time we moved off again she maybe got past one,” he said.

“It's a joke how lax some drivers are with phones at the wheel. As a biker, you're constantly in danger. They may only be glancing down at them but all it takes is one wrong move and we're a goner.”
