Adorable young cellist dressed as Darth Vader plays Sith lord’s theme song

A boy in the US has gone viral after dressing up as Darth Vader to playing the Sith lord’s theme song on the cello.

A video of the young cellist, named Ryan, playing the theme ‘Imperial March' dressed from head to toe as Darth Vader has been viewed more than 26,000 times since being uploaded to YouTube three days ago.

Users on content-sharing website Reddit, where the video was shared yesterday, cheered Ryan on.

“This is easily the greatest video I’ve seen all year!” one user wrote.

“Most metal 7 year old ever,” another said.

“TIL (today I learned) cello lessons turn kids to the darkside,” quipped a third.

Seven-year-old Ryan is a cello student at the Suzuki School of Newton, a non-profit music school in Florida.
