Here's who was eliminated from The Golden Bachelor 2025 tonight

Australia's first Golden Bachelor, Bear made many tough decisions along the way to finding love.

Twenty incredibly accomplished women who've experienced heartbreak, loss, motherhood, family and everything in between put their hearts on the line as they pursued a chance at love with him – and now he's made his final decision.

Bear has run out of roses – but in the grand finale, declared his love for his winner, Sunny.

Along the way, there were many tough exits. Here's a closer look at which women we said goodbye to along the way.

Episode 9 Grand Finale:

Who won The Golden Bachelor?

In a stunning location in Cape Town, Bear declared that he had found the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his days with – Sunny.

"You amaze me with your resilience and your courage, you blow me away. You've overcome so much and are still so loving and full of life," he said, labelling her "a force of nature".

"When I think about the future, the life I want to live, how I want to spend the rest of my days, I can't imagine doing it without you," he continued.

"I feel so lucky that I found you. I love you."

Who was runner-up on The Golden Bachelor?

Of course, this sadly meant Bear had to break runner-up Janette's heart.

"Janette, I was so nervous about doing this," he began.

"You deserve a love worth fighting for, but I'm so sorry, it's not with me."

Despite saying she felt like a "fool" for thinking he would choose her, Janette hoped she'd be able to keep being open and vulnerable rather than bring her walls back up.

"Even though it hasn't worked out I still have that sense of feeling empowered for showing my vulnerability," she said afterwards.

Episode 8:

During Hometowns, Bear spent time with his final three in their environments and with their loved ones – before needing to make an agonising decision to send one home.

After handing roses to Sunny and Janette, it was Kim whose time came to an end.

Speaking to 9Entertainment, Kim revealed that there was one small detail she noticed that gave her an inkling it would be her time to go – and revealed whether she still believed her "third person" was out there.

Episode 7:

With just five women remaining, there were a lot of feelings in the mix which made Bear's choices for his final three even harder.

As he gifted roses to Janette, Kim and Sunny, it was goodbye for Gera and Jan.

In her exclusive exit interview, Gera said she wasn't able to open up as quickly as some of the other women.

"When they were telling me I was like, 'woah! That's too much for me,'" she explained.

"I am still at stage one where I'm just thinking I want to open up to his man who I know is not going to judge me and is this soft, caring man, but I can't force myself to put my whole heart on the line."

Despite struggling with the pace, Gera said meeting Bear made her believe there was someone out there for her.

It was also the end-of-the-road for Jan, who had received the first impression rose on Night 1 and had just spent a lovely date at the ballet with Bear.

She had no regrets about her "special" time.

"I have been vulnerable, I have been rejected and I'm okay with it," she said.

Episode 6:

We said goodbye to seven women during the episode, starting with the conclusion the cliff hanger of Terri rejecting Bear's rose.

Yes, she certainly flipped the script by being the one of eliminate herself!

In her exclusive exit interview, Terri said she made her decision after learning so many women were set to be sent home that night.

So, it was quite a last minute decision!

"I just thought it would make it easier for him, I really did. I just stood in that moment and thought 'I'm going to go, I'm going to go on my own terms and I don't want anyone to miss out,'" she explained.

Despite her and Bear hitting it off, and her thinking he was a major "silver fox", she couldn't help but be cautious.

"I just don't want to get hurt."

Afterwards, Bear had to continue with the ceremony and in the end said goodbye to four more women.

It was the end of the journey for Bianca, Pip, Elizete and Shamse.

Later, at the episode's second rose ceremony, we said goodbye to two big characters in the mansion.

In needing to whittle down the group to just five, he sent home Lauren and Catherine.

Episode 5:

As we arrived at the fifth rose ceremony, Samantha Armytage shared shock news: almost half the women would be going home.

Sunny was the only woman safe after receiving a rose during her single date, so nerves were high!

But things took a shocking turn as Bear began to call out names: Kim, Janette, Terri...

Then came a shock no one saw coming.

"I'm not going to accept your rose," Terri told the Golden Bachelor, to gasps from the group.

Immediately after that bomb dropped, the episode came to an end – with one heck of a cliff hanger!

What happens next? Is Terri packing her bags? With so few roses, who else will be leaving the mansion? So many questions – we cannot wait for the next episode!

Episode 4:

We bid farewell to two wonderful women after an incredible day raising money for the Cancer Council at a charity gala.

After a single date at Luna Park, Terri was safe with a rose while everyone else was at risk.

In the end, it was Laura and Katrina who had to say goodbye.

Laura, whose daughter Abbie Chatfield also previously appeared on The Bachelor, said while there was nothing she would change about her experience, her lack of competitive spirit was a disadvantage in the mansion.

Love can be a brutal game, after all!

"It's hard to compete with other women when you're not competitive, especially women who are on a mission.

"I'm not that type of woman who pushes other people out of the way, I don't do that... Fight people off? Not really me," she laughed.

Meanwhile, Katrina had "mixed emotions" about her exit.

"I don't think Bear got to see the real me, no," she said.

Episode 3:

Fifteen women remained at the beginning of episode 3, leaving Bear to eliminate one after the third cocktail party.

Both Bianca and Gera found themselves safe, having received roses after deepening their connections with the Bachelor thanks to romantic dates.

At the rose ceremony, Hamidah was sadly sent home – but thankfully, she left with a big smile on her face as she wished Bear and the ladies well.

And the experience even taught her a thing or two... including how hot she looks in a fancy gown!

Episode 2:

Bear got closer to finding love as he said goodbye to two more women.

Ahead of the rose ceremony, both Janette and Shamse already had roses.

With 15 women and just 13 roses remaining, it was Linda and Nicolette who were left standing without one.

In their exclusive exit interviews, the women admitted they were disappointed but had learned valuable lessons.

"What Bear has taught me is there's some good guys out there, and maybe I should just keep looking," Linda said.

Episode 1:

As his journey kicked off, Bear met 20 wonderful women in a whirlwind night of arrivals at the Bachelor mansion.

Unfortunately for some, the night was all about making a big impression with little time.

After an action-packed first cocktail party, and after Bear handed his first impression rose to Jan, he was left with 16 roses to hand out.

This meant we said an early goodbye to Jane, Shana and Angela.
