NRL star Cooper Cronk renting out Richmond townhouse

After splashing $3.5 million on a Mosman home with fiancé Tara Ruston, NRL star Cooper Cronk is looking for a tenant for his Richmond townhouse.

The Melbourne Storm player announced his departure from the team earlier this year, to move to Sydney to be with Rushton, a Fox Sports presenter and journalist.  

Now, with the trip to Sydney complete, Cronk is advertising his two-bedroom, one-bathroom townhouse for $850 per week.

Features include a modern kitchen with gas cooking, a light-filled living room, and balcony with views of Melbourne's CBD.

Footy fans will also be pleased to know the cute townhouse is also a 30-minute walk to AAMI Park.
