Skydive Ramblers

Dave McEvoy is the proud founder of Skydive Ramblers Dropzone. Dave began skydiving in 1967 after his mother gifted him his first parachute. He quickly rose to prominence, joining the Australian Parachute Team in 1970.

Driven by his desire to grow Skydiving as a sport, Macca founded Skydive Ramblers Toogoolawah in 1979.

With help from his brother as Chief Pilot, and his daughter who edits their national skydiving magazine Rambling On, Skydive Ramblers Dropzone is now Queensland's longest-running skydiving institution, and one of the top drop zones in the world.
