After a student exchange trip to Germany when she was 16 years old, founder and owner of Kokopod Chocolate, Brigid Woolnough fell in love with quality chocolate. But it took her a few years to work up the nerve to dedicate her life to it.
After turning her back on a successful teaching career and with a small child running around her feet, she finally started her journey in the kitchen of her family home. Her business has grown so large that today she operates out of a warehouse. Her focus is on combining the best quality ingredients from Australia, with the best quality chocolate from Europe.
Pairing that with the best people to make it and to make it with love, has seen nothing but success after success.
