Ian is the proud owner and founder of Coffee Mentality.
Ian became fascinated with coffee while working as an air steward in his early adulthood. After relocating to Australia from the Philippines, Ian worked as a banker before opening Coffee Mentality as a mobile van at West End Markets in 2011.

Today, Coffee Mentality includes several cafes, a roastery, and offers coffee tastings, barista training, and annual competitions. Ian's mission extends beyond coffee, supporting communities in the Philippines by teaching coffee cultivation and integrating local community gardens into his business.
He also mentors young professionals, using Coffee Mentality as a platform for positive change.
