MAFS star Tracey Jewel shares a very relatable pregnancy update

Former Married At First Sight bride Tracey Jewel has been embracing her pregnancy.

But while the soon-to-be mum-of-two is counting down to her due date, she revealed there's been some big ups and downs.

The reality TV star posted a mirror selfie on Instagram, showing off her growing bump, and explained just how she's been feeling — something a lot of women will be able to relate to.

"3 months to go! Some days I'm bouncing full of energy, love and creativity and some days I'm so drained I can hardly put a thought together!" she captioned the post.

"Daily reminders to self that growing a baby takes a lot of energy! Who can relate?! We can't wait to meet you little one!"

Her followers sent positive comments about how she is "glowing" and fellow MAFS alumni Melissa wrote, "You look beautiful".

Other mums and pregnant women shared their own similar feelings in the comments and let her know she's not alone with the feelings of exhaustion.

"2 months to go for me, and I'm knackered! I keep telling myself it's nature's way of preparing me for a newborn," wrote one woman.

Tracey replied, "Haha get used to lack of sleep before baby for sure!"

Tracey announced the exciting news that she and partner Nathan Constable were pregnant in September with a sweet post on Instagram.

The couple have been together since October 2018 but first dated in high school. Nate was actually Tracey's Year 11 boyfriend.

Things have been different throughout this pregnancy for Tracey, who welcomed her first child, a daughter named Grace, when she was 26.

Not long after announcing the news, she shared a candid post, highlighting the differences between both pregnancies and admitted it's been both "exciting and overwhelming" this time.

Tracey appeared on Season 5 of Married At First Sight where she was matched with Dean Wells. The pair were part of one of the biggest scandals to hit the show at the time, after Dean met up with fellow bride Davina Rankin, behind Tracey's back.

Despite making it all the way to the final vows, Tracey broke up with Dean. It came as quite a shock for him, as he had just confessed his love for her and told her he wanted to continue their relationship outside of the experiment.
