Ridge unveils his permanent tribute to wife Jade after their emotional Final Vows on MAFS 2024
EXCLUSIVE: Married At First Sight's Jade and Ridge are happier than ever.
The couple made the decision to stay together after the experiment at Final Vows and are enjoying their relationship away from cameras.

In an exclusive interview with 9Entertainment, the couple said they have been going strong while doing long-distance in recent weeks.
Ridge, a psychiatric nurse in New South Wales, is applying for jobs in Queensland and plans to move to Jade's hometown on the Gold Coast as soon as he can.

Despite her initial concerns about the distance they have found a good rhythm, seeing each other at least every two weeks.
"We have managed to go on holiday and have like a really good time together," Jade said.
"I feel like life out of the experiment has definitely felt more normal and I would say we're definitely a lot happier, just because it's like real life now – post-experiment we've been really good," she said.

The pair said they each loved reliving their day when watching Final Vows.
"It kind of feels like the whole experience is a dream. It was nice to really watch it back and see exactly how the day did happen, because I feel like on the day, it was all a blur," Jade said.

Ridge felt grateful to see their journey yet again: "To me it was really nice, I got to see the point where I was actually falling for Jade and thinking 'You know, this could be it for me', and turns out it is.
"Not a lot of people get the opportunity to watch that back... It made me feel very lucky."

If there was any doubt about his feelings, Ridge unveiled a very permanent tribute to his love – her name tattooed on his body.
And yes, it was a result of a trip to Bali.
Jade has not returned the favour with her own ink (yet), but she has made concessions.

Ridge has leaned into his now-infamous catch phrase 'deece', recently making t-shirts emblazoned with the word. And while 'deece' will never come out of Jade's mouth, she is not opposed to wearing it on a shirt.
"I will never, ever say that word. I will never get on board with that. I'll wear it and support him, but I'll never say it," she laughed.
As for what else they're going to do next? Well, they have different ideas.
"We're going to make a baby," Ridge said.
"We are definitely not! You can talk through those plans with someone else," Jade joked in response.

Thankfully, they're a little more on the same page with everything else.
"We're taking my daughter on holiday at the end of April, a little family holiday for a week," Jade said.
