John Aiken reveals expectations of brides and grooms within the experiment

With the experiment well underway, and a very vocal group of participants, expert John Aiken reveals that it can be difficult seeing how some brides and grooms act in the experiment.

"It's frustrating as an expert to see some of the couples who are matched fall into old patterns and undo any of the good work, and start sabotaging the connection," he said.

John also talked on the need to 'give oneself over' to the experiment, and that for some, it was the challenge of upskilling oneself fast enough within it to keep the marriage alive.
