MAFS' Anthony Cincotta welcomes first child with partner Kate and reveals his adorable name

Married At First Sight star Anthony Cincotta has welcomed a beautiful baby boy with his partner Kate.

The Season 9 groom announced the happy news on Instagram on Thursday evening, revealing the tot's safe arrival and announcing his unusual name.

"Welcome to the world Milan Michael Anthony Cincotta or Milo as he is affectionately known as 😍," he wrote.

"Mum and bubba are doing fantastic and we as a family couldn't be anymore in love.

"He has a beautiful mum, a loving sister and a very proud dad ready to take him through his journey."

Anthony concluded his post by thanking hospital staff for their amazing work, and telling fans there would be an influx of "baby spam" coming through soon.

The post was met with an abundance of congratulatory messages, with fellow MAFS star Domenica Calarco writing: "Welcome to the world little man! Congratulations to you and your gorgeous family."

Bryce Ruthven added: "Congrats guys!" while Matt Ridley wrote: "Simply adorable !! Congratulations to you, amazing and beautiful parents and to Gabby, the amazing big sister she will be to Milo... can't wait to have a cuddle."

Anthony and his partner had announced their pregnancy on Christmas Day last year, along with the help of his daughter from a previous relationship, Gabriella.

"So @katis_32 and I went to Italy a few months back just the 2 of us and came back as 3 (I blame the city of romance, Venice) pretty sure the travel agent wasn't planning on that, cos we certainly weren't," read the post.

"Gotta say this year has been a whirlwind but we keep falling more in love and now our little family is getting bigger.

"Gabby is going to be an amazing big sister and Kate is going to be a wonderful mum, this little boy will be spoilt, can't wait to meet you, mate. Oh yeah, I got to pick the footy team."

In the snap Gabriella held up a series of sonogram photos while Anthony and Kate held up sporting jerseys with 'Cincotta 23' printed on the back.

Anthony first opened up about his relationship with Kate after the 2022 MAFS Reunion and revealed they knew each other before he went on the show because they used to work together.

They reconnected after his time in the experiment ended and she helped him make sense of the mix of emotions that comes with going on MAFS.

"She reached out to me and she was there for me and she helped me make sense of a lot of things. One thing led to another and here we are, really happy and very much together," he told 9Entertainment.

During his time in the experiment Anthony was matched with Selin Makoni and their relationship was a turbulent one.

But Anthony has since found his forever person, and we can't wait to see what they get up to next.
