Sam's vows:
"Hi, it's nice to finally meet you. I'm a fitness trainer by trade and I own my own successful fitness studio in Adelaide.
"When I'm not yelling over music and clients, I'm normally outside camping. There's something about being out in nature that makes me feel whole
"Sure I have mates that could come but they're not so keen on a cuddle in the swag by the fire, so I hope this is something you'd be into.
"Finding love in Adelaide has been tough. I feel like I've stayed in Adelaide for a long time to put my career first, but now I want to focus on this.
"I'm a bit of a romantic, whether it's planning a date, booking a spontaneous trip, or just bringing you a coffee in bed, those moments matter to me because they're how I show love.
"Here's to hopefully being happily ever after. Yours, Sam."
Chris' vows:
"Nothing beats a fire under the stars of a night. That's the way to my heart. I know I'm pretty dressed up today, but I'm usually knee deep in mud and cow shit.
"I hope you like the great outdoors, because if you haven't guessed I'm a farmer. It's my happy place but I do also have an apartment in the city that I bounce between. In the city, I run a very successful PT business.
"For a long time, I have thrown myself into my career, but now I'm at a stage in my life where I'm ready to put love first. I'm just hoping that you and I can reignite my passion for love and romance.
"I'm ready to enjoy coffees on the veranda, sunsets at the farm, and all the little ordinary moments that turn into something special, because I still want my happily ever after, and I really hope it's with you."
Joel's vows:
"Well, this isn't your typical man meets woman story. From the moment I saw you I just had this funny feeling that it was going to take less than two sightings to marry you.
"My mother says I'm perfect, but I most certainly disagree. I've actually got many flaws – carpet, tiles, wood, you name it, baby.
"So you might be wondering, who exactly are you marrying? Who is this perfectly manicured, dapper, suave, sexy, unsophisticated, undomesticated, uncultured, once-fat-uber-driver-now-turned-model who can't tell the difference between a bloody washing machine or a dryer, who says what he thinks and who is unapologetic at all times, who makes no exceptions for anyone, anything, anytime or any place?
"To my wife, I want to really know you, all your quirks, your dreams, your fears, your annoying habits, your questionable clothing items. Loose and baggy equals daggy. All Birkenstocks and Crocs must be incinerated immediately!
"I want you to know me just the same. To me marriage is more than love. It's friendship, loyalty and showing up for each other on the easy days and the hard ones.
"It's knowing that no matter what the world throws at us, we've got each other's back. So if you scratch mine, I'll scratch yours. The funny thing about my back is that it's actually located on my back."
Juliette's vows:
"Hi Joel, what a lovely way to meet my forever. The decision to find my one true love by marrying a stranger is almost as wild as I am, but it feels right. It feels like it might be our destiny.
"I am real. I say it like it is, and I ride to the end for the ones I love. I love hard, and if you have me in your corner, you have nothing to fear.
"I will be the lady to your tramp to share your spaghetti bolognese with, and I'll be a plot twist to your story – unexpected, chaotic and hopefully unforgettable.
"In the wise words of Charlie XCX, everyone's just a freak, but some people are trying to hide it, and some people embrace it. I can confidently say I'm a girl who embraces it.
"Here's to forever hubby."
Stephanie's vows:
"Since this is technically our first date, I should introduce myself, I'm Steph.
"As a real estate agent, I'm exceptionally goal driven and ambitious when it comes to my career and I'm building my dream life. I'm just hoping to find the dream man to compliment it. I'm hoping that person is you.
"I'll admit I can be stubborn. Once I've made a decision, it's not easy to change my mind so hopefully you're good at gentle persuasion.
"On the outside I might seem confident and bulletproof. I take the lead when things need organising ...
"I've often wondered who my dream man might be. For me, he's ambitious, but also someone who finds joy in standing beside a woman.
"But the truth is, beneath all of that, I'm also a sensitive soul, and at times, a bit of a delicate flower. I built some walls to protect myself, and truthfully, I've never been in an adult relationship. A lot of that comes from my past, when my parents divorced when I was younger. From then on, I always found it hard to fully trust that love could last.
"So here's to us, trusting that the best stories start with a little courage, a lot of hope and maybe just a dash of crazy."
Tyson's vows:
"To my wife, I'm here to find love at the age of 30. I'm ready, my life is set with a family home, a car, the foundations are already in place. All I've been missing is you.
"I'm driven, passionate and disciplined. These qualities forged during my six years in the Australian Defence Force. In 2018 I was deployed to Afghanistan, that chapter shaped me into who I am today.
"I hold traditional values close to my heart. I see myself as a provider and a protector. I long for a partner who embodies grace, loyalty and femininity.
"I stand firmly by my beliefs, and I won't waver on them. If the person across from me today embraces woke culture, we'll have a problem.
"My past has not been without heartbreak. I've been married before, chasing my dream of a family too soon, but from that experience came lessons I now consider a blessing.
"I've been waiting long time for this moment, and now that it's finally here, I'm ready to love once again. And so from this moment forward, we're no longer strangers we're a team."
Stella's vows:
"Hi, I'm Aistė but please call me Stella.
"Obviously, it's not your typical Aussie name, because I'm not your typical Aussie woman. Nine years ago, I left a small town in Lithuania with a one-way ticket, $2000 and a broken phone.
"When people asked how long I plan to stay in Australia, I said for the rest of my life. I doubted, I struggled. I was ready to quit many times, but I stayed. I learned resilience, independence, how to lead fiercely and stand on my own two feet.
"Today, I live a simple, beautiful life I built out of grit, heart, and persistence.
"Living in Australia taught me a few things. Starting over doesn't mean losing your roots, it means growing new ones, stronger, deeper, wider.
"My friends call me feisty Aistė. I speak my mind, I don't tolerate bullshit. Beneath the fire is softness, a deep nurturing part of me.
"In my language we say 'Tu laikyk vairą, o aš atnešiu ramybę į mūsų kelionę' which translates to you hold the wheel and I'll bring peace to our journey.
"To me that's real love, balance, safety, freedom from fire. Today I don't just marry a stranger, I marry a possibility, a possibility of something real, something lasting.
"One last thing… Yes, I cry a lot."
Filip's vows:
"Hey Stella, I need to tell you that you look absolutely next level.
"To understand me fully, it's worth understanding my family. I actually came to Australia from a small country in Europe called Croatia at eight months of age.
"It's something that I admire about my parents, to leave their hometown, their family, their friends, starting over to give us kids a better life.
"The 40 year commitment of teamwork, love and patience have shown me that hard work does pay off. My parents have ingrained in me the resilience to stick around no matter what. When things get tough, I won't run.
"I've lived a full life. I've partied and played, prioritized fun and travel over commitment and responsibility.
"But two years ago, I had an epiphany. I had a midlife crisis and I realised that if I do the absolute opposite to everything that I was doing at this point in my life, things will get better, and they did.
"I'm a carpenter, but I'm also an online health coach, a YouTuber, an annoying morning person that hasn't had a sip of alcohol in two years and hasn't missed a single workout in three years.
"Just know that you can relax and unapologetically be yourself with me, with all your quirks and lean into those things that light you up, because I promise I will."
Julia's vows:
"Hello stranger who I now know as Grayson.
"Let's get a few things straight shall we? I'm not here for a flawless fairytale, but I am here for something real.
"In a relationship, laughing, having fun and not taking life too seriously are huge values for me and I want to explore, talk late into the night and take on the world together.
"I've explored and dated all kinds of people of all kinds of shades but I'm yet to meet someone who can truly meet me in all my flavours, in all my layers. Someone who excites me and inspires me and makes me feel safe.
"All of this has led me to a softer, wiser version of myself who now feels ready to step into union with you.
"I promise to be your safe space, lead with honesty and commit fully to his experience, so let's lean in together and maybe, just maybe, I find a beautiful weirdo who speaks the same language as me."
