Gia admits regret over 'catty' on-air behaviour as Alissa, Stella and more brides react to shocking second Dinner Party on MAFS 2026
The second Dinner Party of MAFS 2026 will go down in history as the show's most explosive moment – so unsurprisingly, those involved have a lot to say about it.
In case you missed it (although, how could you?), Brook made a surprise return to the experiment and along with a group of her fellow brides, launched attacks at Stella and Alissa.

The two brides on the receiving end of the chaos, Alissa and Stella, reacted to the night on MAFS: After The Dinner Party.
In previously unseen footage, which you can watch above, Brook referred to them as "NBLs", meaning "natural born losers".
"Is this happening? It's so immature," Alissa said.

In another unaired clip, Gia labelled herself and Brook "the realest people here," to which Stella asked, "in which world?"
In an interview with 9Entertainment, Alissa said it felt like she was facing "a five-headed dragon" across the table, as Brook and Gia were backed by Mel, Rebecca and Bec.
"I'll never forget that moment. I remember sitting there and I had my calm, collected composure as you saw but underneath the table my hands were shaking. I was sweating. I was trembling on the inside."

Brook broke her silence on the matter by posting an apology to her Instagram page in the days after the Dinner Party episode aired. Since the show was filmed, Brook confirmed to Woman's Day she is now engaged and expecting her first child with her ex-now-fiancé Harry.
In her statement, Brook described the Dinner Party episode as "hard to watch" and said it showed "the worst version of [herself]". She extended an apology to Stella and Alissa.
"My actions were appalling and not at all a reflection of the kindness and respect that you both deserve and I hope in time you can forgive me. I am truly sorry."
She hoped to be able to move on with her life and rebuild trust through actions saying, "I will continue doing the work to be better".

Gia admitted the group "went a bit off" that night.
"Us girls were feeding off each other, like 'let's just stir the pot and go crazy,'" she explained.
"I think all of us girls were pretty catty throughout the experiment and looking back now, there's a lot of things I wish I didn't do. I'm not proud of that behaviour."

Bec said she would also do things differently if she could.
"I don't act like that in the real world so why am I acting like that now? And I did take a step back," she said.
The two remaining brides uninvolved in the drama were Julia and Rachel, who each placed blame on the whole "girl gang" of Brook, Gia, Bec, Mel and Rebecca.
"You've got Bec and Gia, Brook was a big impact on Dinner Party number two, but unfortunately I've also got to call out Rebecca and Mel," Rachel said.
"They were a part of that posse and they didn't call it out, they were blindly following."
Brook quickly turned her attention to Stella after her shock arrival. Nine

"Unnecessary, pointless and pure mean girl stuff," she reacted.

While David stuck up for Alissa and Filip for Stella, Alissa was disappointed by the rest of the men. Nine
Watching the episode back, Alissa was struck by how few men spoke up in the moment.
"Grayson said 'cool down' but there were men at that table that allowed that behaviour to happen and I just sat there and I was like 'What weak men,'" she said.
"To talk to us girls disgustingly – David would have never let me do that. He would have been like, 'Hey, that's not nice behaviour, why would you be doing that?' Those men were weak, tight-lipped, they did not want to get involved and I was just disgusted that that happened."
