Married At First Sight always delivers bold personalities, but the first bride of 2024, Lucinda, is unlike anyone you've ever met.
And we get to know Lucinda in the latest sneak peak for the new season of MAFS which premieres on Monday January 29 on Channel 9 and 9Now.

When expert John Aiken asks Lucinda what she wants in a partner she quite quite literally unravels a scroll of requests to the floor.
"Someone that's confident, generous of spirit, knows himself, evolutional life," she rattles off a list.

"We've got some work to do," John says pulling a bemused face.
She radiates positivity and it's safe to say, "nobody shines quite like Lucinda Light".
We get a little glimpse into Lucinda's wedding day and her vows are interesting to say the least.
"You'll meet the damsel in me that wants you to rub my body," she tells her groom.
But her vows are cut short as wet weather strikes.

Chaos ensues and guest flee the wedding as a storm arrives. Could this be an omen for what's to come?
But nothing can dampen Lucinda's spirits.
When asked if this was how she imagined her wedding day, Lucinda says "it's even better".

And it's ticks all round for Lucinda as she says her groom is "handsome, tall, with a good heart."
"I want to jam with the man," Lucinda grins.
