Exclusive: Michael recalls the 'devastating' moment John Aiken told him his groom had quit before their wedding
It was a completely unprecedented moment when Married At First Sight expert John Aiken knocked on Michael's door and revealed his match had left the experiment.
Just days after meeting everyone at the Bucks' Night, Michael's groom sent an e-mail confirming he no longer wished to take part before the pair had even met.
In an exclusive video with 9Entertainment – which you can watch above – Michael, 34, recalled the moment John knocked on his door and delivered the bad news.

"It took me by surprise. I was devastated... I sacrificed everything to be here," the salesperson explained.
