MAFS' Jade Pywell woke to find car stolen after alleged home robbery – while she and her family slept inside
Married At First Sight's Jade Pywell was shaken to find her brand new car and designer goods had allegedly been stolen from her house while she and family were asleep inside.
Almost two weeks later, thousands of dollars of her belongings are still missing after the alleged robbery.
Jade, who appeared on MAFS Season 11 in 2024 alongside partner Ridge Barredo, told 9Entertainment two teens allegedly broke into their Gold Coast home, stole her car keys and drove away in the vehicle on June 24.

What followed was a multi-day ordeal as they attempted to get her belongings back, leaving Jade frustrated and worried.

She noticed her car was missing on the morning of June 25, when she planned to go for a walk with a friend but couldn't find her keys.
Jade then went outside and discovered her car was gone.
The couple called police, before Jade posted about the robbery of her new Chery Omoda car on Instagram.
She then received a message from a friend who also allegedly had her car stolen eight weeks ago under similar circumstances. The friend alleged a local teen had posted footage driving stolen cars on social media, and sent Jade a video featuring her SUV.

After relaying all of this information to police, Jade felt like they were not doing enough to help.
"They were just like, 'Oh, your car wasn't at the front when we drove past the house'. So we went back to the station, and I was like, 'What do you mean? Like, he's taken my car, he's posted an Instagram Story driving my car', and they just offered no help," she claimed.

After learning one of the alleged thief's addresses, Ridge and another male paid a visit and a relative promised to get Jade's keys back within the hour.
However, it wasn't until the following day that a random number texted Jade a different address. She and Ridge arrived to find her car, and Jade was able to drive it home with her spare key.

They also recovered Jade's sunglasses and a hand bag, but more items are still missing.
"They cleared out all the jewellery, which we haven't got back yet. There's heaps missing still, like my Hermes bracelet. Expensive stuff," Jade said.
She shared her disappointment that the social media video and the fact that she and Ridge had recovered some of her belongings was not enough for charges to be filed.
"I don't feel like [the police] have been understanding, it feels like more of an inconvenience that I'm following them up but I'm like, just do something about it," Jade said.
"I feel like if [teenagers are] willing to do this stuff, they need to be held accountable no matter what their age is because it will just keep getting worse."

Jade had spoken to others who were impacted by similar thefts and she wanted justice.
"It's not only me, so many other people have been affected, and so much worse than me as well. I've been so lucky compared to everyone else in my situation," she shared.
"It's really sad reading everyone's messages, knowing that the police are meant to be there to make you feel safe and actually help you."

In a statement to 9Entertainment, Queensland Police said the investigation was ongoing.
"Police are investigating after a vehicle and several items were stolen from Pimpama last month.
"Investigations indicate that between 11pm and 5am on the evening of 24 June, unknown offenders have gained access to the Gainsborough address, before stealing items and a 2024 Chery Omoda from the property.
"The Chery was located in Woodridge on 26 June, and was recovered. Investigations into the vehicle's theft are ongoing."
