Groom freaks out over awkward wedding

As Jo walked down the aisle towards her new husband there was not a single doubt in her mind. She was ready to take on the experiment with gusto and energy. The same couldn’t be said for her waiting groom, Sean, who was already feeling very nervous about the experiment.

When Jo came face-to-face with her new husband she couldn’t wipe the smile off her face.  “He’s got kind eyes he seems genuine I fancy him. This could work,” she told the camera, beaming.  

Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for her Sean. “She’s probably not what I imagined, no,” a less enthusiastic Sean told the camera.

And so began one of the most awkward weddings we’ve seen.

Despite Jo’s attempt to make conversation, Sean spent much of the wedding looking at his shoes and internally freaking out.  And if you thought it couldn’t get any more awkward, Sean’s “awkies” post kiss comment definitely brought the cringe.

But the weirdness wasn’t getting to Jo, who was having an absolute ball of a time.  “Having photos together felt absolutely comfortable,” Jo exclaimed at their photoshoot. Although it seemed her new husband wasn’t feeling quite as comfortable. “Kissing Jo was still awkward and weird, it is a bit strange,” Sean admitted. But Jo was left singing his praises. “He is an amazing kisser, so good,” she beamed, happy with her new husband. 

Let’s hope that Sean’s nerves calm down soon and the couple get to know each other a bit better on their honeymoon.
