Deborah blind-sides John

Former model Deborah has never hidden the fact that John, isn’t her perfect match.

Their honeymoon was a rocky experience with the pair sharing separate rooms for most of their trip as well as Deborah compiling a list of things that were wrong with John.

After their fight at the dinner party, which saw Deborah walk out, it seemed that this couple would mutually end it at the Commitment Ceremony. But it didn’t quite go the way everyone thought it would.

While John opted to leave (unsurprisingly) it was Deborah’s vote to ‘stay’ that had everyone, including John and the Experts, completely shocked. 

“I don’t think we saw that coming,” Expert Mel Schilling said.

“I think it’s important that we build a friendship because you can’t have a relationship without a friendship,” Deborah explained, as John continued to look shell-shocked.

“We can work on our communication. I believe that the professionals have put us together for a reason and we haven’t found that yet.”

“I thought Deb would go the same way as me,” John remarked diplomatically.
