Mum-to-be Davina opens up about 'love of my life' Jaxon
It was less than two years ago when Davina Rankin created headlines during the 2018 season of Married At First Sight, thanks to the emotional cheating scandal that saw her pursue a potential relationship with Dean Wells, even though she had been matched with Ryan Gallagher.

But that was then, and 18 months later Davina's life could not be more different.
The controversial TV personality has now found love… and is weeks away from meeting her first child.
Davina is happily loved-up with Jaxon Manuel. They've only been together since after Davina's time on MAFS ended, but they first met in a Brisbane nightclub more than seven years ago.

It wasn't exactly love at first sight.
"Ooh, it was very hazy, wasn't it?" Jaxon recalled of their meeting to Ali Piotrowski on A Current Affair. "It was probably three o'clock in the morning on a dance floor, probably a bit of a kiss, a pash and dash, and that was it.
"And then I don't know, through mutual friends we rekindled on and off and then we well and truly hit it off pretty much after MAFS aired."

Jaxon actually didn't see Davina's season of MAFS because he was in Bali for a couple of months, so he "missed everything".
"Which is fantastic!" Davina laughed.
Even though Jaxon admitted he didn't know Davina was The One straight away, once they started dating they "just couldn't get enough of each other".
They've bought a house together, and the next chapter will be their biggest yet: welcoming their first child, a little girl.

Even though Davina's MAFS marriage didn't work out, she hasn't ruled it out for the future. But one thing she knows for sure: "Jax is the love of my life. I don't need to be married right now. I'm so happy with where we are."
