The world's best airport has been named, and yes, it's probably the one you are thinking of
For an incredible 13th time, Singapore's Changi has been named the best airport in the world at the annual Skytrax Awards.
The Asian transport hub has reclaimed the top spot from Doha's Hamad International Airport, which moves down to second.
Tokyo Haneda, Seoul Incheon and Tokyo Narita round out the top five.

Changi CEO Yam Kum Weng said the award is a great honour.
"It is indeed gratifying to receive this recognition, and this certainly encourages us to continue to strive to provide the best travel experience.

"We thank all our passengers for their vote of confidence. And we're especially grateful to the Changi Airport community, whose unwavering commitment to service excellence has made this award possible."
The airport also won best dining, and best washrooms.

In the Australia/Pacific region Melbourne and Brisbane were crowned the best and second best airports.
Auckland Airport in New Zealand was in third place, and fourth in the category of Best Airports between 10 to 20 million passengers.
The remaining spots in the Australia/Pacific region top 10 were mostly other Aussie airports, other than Nadi, Fiji in eight and Christchurch, NZ in ninth.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards have been running since 1999 and are based on passenger satisfaction surveys that cover a host of categories including check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security, immigration, and departure.
