A South Pacific escape to Vanuatu was one the top Googled destinations.
"Flights to Vanuatu from Brisbane," in particular was trending.
9. Kathmandu
Plenty of Aussies were thinking adventure in 2024, it seem, with "Flights to Kathmandu" in Nepal, among popular searches.
8. Peru
It might be all the talk about the new Paddington in Peru film, but flights to the South American destination were a hot topic.
7. Bali
The trending phrase "Flights to Bali today" indicated Aussies know where they want to go - and they want to go right now.
6. Philippines
With tropical islands and turquoise water, it is emerging as a popular spot to visit, and "Flights to Philippines from Sydney," was a hot search phrase.

The classic Thailand holiday destination of Phuket remains popular.
In particular Aussies were hunting for "Jetstar flights to Phuket," on Google.

Bangkok in Thailand is a buzzing city with plenty to see and do.
