Pilot's mid-air selfie slammed as 'dangerous', but is it real?

Pilots love a mid-flight cockpit but this Brazilian pilot took it to the next level, appearing to use a selfie stick out of the plane's window.

Instagramner Pilotganso shared the snap to his 55k followers last month, with 66,800 likes but a whole lot of hate about it being "dangerous".

One nervous flier asked: "How come this does not effect the cabin pressure or like blow your face away because of the wind speed??!!"

But the picture is actually a fake, with the pilot later admitting his series of shots are actually photoshopped.
