Bragging rights: Step inside Michael and Kyly Clarke's luxury Maldives holiday

Amy Nelmes Bissett

Cricket royalty Michael Clarke and wife Kyly are guilty of some serious Instagram bragging after sharing photos from their luxe Maldives escape.

The pair have checked into the Amilla Fushi Resort, where villas can cost upwards of $3,000 a night. In the Clarkes’ case, it looks like they are staying in a four-bedroom villa which costs $6,000 a night.

The couple, who are holidaying with their toddler daughter Kelsey Lee, have access to their own personal butler, a pantry full of food in each villa and of course, that envy-inducing swimming pool.

It’s believed the couple might be celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary after getting married in the Blue Mountains in 2012.

And they even shared a shot from their recent date night, with Clarke joking: “Feeling Koi.”

But while most celebrities would do anything to keep their holiday private, the couple have been hashtagging their location since they arrived. Perhaps there’s not such a hefty price tag after all?
