Locations you can visit from your favourite TV shows or movies

From the bright dazzling lights of Las Vegas to the charming swampland that Shrek calls home, through to cute English villages, there's something exciting about visiting the places brought to life by our favourite TV shows and characters.
Dive into some of the locations where the likes of Wuthering Heights, Yellowstone, Wicked, and Ozark are set and filmed.

Sinners
Sinners, starring Michael B. Jordan, has broken the record for the highest number of Oscar nominations in a single year, with 16 nods across the 25 categories.
The gothic horror film was set in 1930s Mississippi, in the south of the USA, but was actually filmed in the neighbouring state of Louisiana.
The region is defined by its Creole and Cajun heritage, swampy bayous, and the Mississippi River Delta.
It's best to visit in spring or autumn to avoid the oppressive heat and humidity - reports from set said that the actors had to slog it out in temperatures above 38 degrees with 80 per cent humidity.
A street in the small city of Donaldsonville, on the banks of the Misssissippi River, was transformed into a 1930s street for filming, with dirt covering the road, building fronts replaced and old cars shipped in. The director, Ryan Coogler, pored through historic photos, videos and books to help bring his vision to life.
Donaldsonville is just an hour's drive from New Orleans and is a must-visit for history buffs, who will enjoy the collection of buildings from the pre-Civil War to 1933 period.
The River Road African American Museum is a popular attraction, but or you can just take a stroll through the Donaldsonville Historic District.
If you've seen the film, you'll know that Annie's house is an important location early on in the film. The house itself was purpose-built for filming, on an old plantation in St Bernard Parish.
Director Ryan Coogler said he had a vision of it being set under a canopy of oak trees, which is exactly what this private plot of land provided.
Most of the film, which takes place over a single day, is set in Smoke and Stack's new juke joint, an old warehouse that has been converted into a blues club.
This wasn't constructed just for the movie, but was actually an abandoned building on a former golf course which was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina.
The locations manager, Elston Howard, says it was overgrown and full of wildlife when they first visited, but they saw the vision, and turned it into what we see on screen.
Braithwaite, the area that is home to the old golf course, is a sleepy but beautiful part of the state, prime for a road trip. St. Bernard State Park is great year round for hiking, bird-watching and hanging out on the water.
Wuthering Heights
The new Wuthering Heights film starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi is proving to be a big it and there's no doubt the locations provide a jaw-dropping backdrop to the dark romance.
It was filmed where it was set and written - in Yorkshire in the UK.
Swaledale became one of the most significant filming areas for the 2026 adaptation, says Visit Yorkshire.
The moorland track from Surrender Bridge to the Old Gang Smelt Mill ruins provided the perfect setting.
"The area's industrial remains and lonely pathways mirror the bleak beauty of the story. Nearby Bouldershaw Lane was used for a pivotal scene featuring Margot Robbie in a striking white wedding gown, filmed against wide, desolate fields that heighten the drama of the scene," it says.
A derelict farmhouse is supposedly an inspiration for the book.
Visit England suggests walking part of the Brontë Way to Top Withens.
Start at St Michael's Church in Haworth, where the Brontës' father was once vicar, then follow the signposts through Penistone Hill Country Park before descending to Brontë Waterfall and Bridge.
The walk finishes at the ghostly ruins of Top Withens before making your way back to Haworth.
You can also visit the village of Howarth, near Bradford in West Yorkshire, where the Brontës lived in a vicarage and wrote their famous novels.
The Brontë Parsonage Museum is now their home, and you can learn all about the family.
The village is also filled with independent shops and some cosy pubs.
Bridget Jones: Mad about the Boy
The final film in the much loved Bridget Jones series, Bridget Jones: Mad about the Boy, is set to delight fans.
Like the three movies before it, the fourth is set and filmed in London.
But this time, widowed Bridget has moved from Bermondsey in the south to the leafy, celeb-favourite area of Hampstead, in the north-west.
She is seen walking her children to school (in pyjamas) and hanging out in the cute streets of the suburb.
It's easy to get to Hampstead from central London on the Underground system, taking the Northern Line.
