Flight attendant's hilarious explanation for what your drink order says about you
A flight attendant has shared a hilarious explanation for what your in-flight drink order says about you, and it's pretty bang on.
Posting to TikTok, flight attendant Kat Kamalani shared what a diet coke order means, compared to a mimosa or sparkling water order.

"If you order DC [Diet Coke], you're probably a mum, you're probably on your way to Disneyland and you're probably an addict, so you can't go a day without your diet coke," says Kamalani.
"Also if you order coke, you personally hate that flight attendant, and if you don't understand why just read the comments, I'm sure the flight attendants will tell you."

Indeed they did. In the comments on Kamalani's video, a cabin crew member explained that opening a can of any soft drink at a high altitude will fizz more, due to the increased air pressure meaning there can often be more mess.
Next up was the black coffee. Pointing to a picture of an elderly man, Kamalani says: "Our black coffee drinkers are these guys, my favourite people."

Although she did provide a warning to those who regularly go for the bitter hot drink: "Don't ever drink coffee or tea from an aeroplane. If you don't know why, go watch my previous videos."
In a previous video, Kamalani advised against ordering any drink using hot water as from her experience, the hot water tanks are never cleaned and are also usually right next to the toilets.
Her next order choice was a sparkling water.

"Sparkling water: you're my boujee, fine taste kind of people," says Kamalani.
Speaking of fine taste, she then flicks to a picture of a mimosa, saying: "If you order a mimosa you are my businesspeople sitting in first class, just enjoying life, working away on your little computer."
