A map of the park reveals there will be five themed worlds: Harry Potter, How To Train Your Dragon, Super Nintendo World, Celestial Park, and Dark Universe.
Opening in 2025, park visitors will enter via the Celestial Park land, where there are four portals to the other 'worlds'.
"As soon as guests enter the imaginative world, they'll embark on a journey of discovery, thrills and excitement as they wander through lush living gardens nestled along shimmering waters surrounded by stunning architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements," a statement from the theme park reads.
The existing Universal Orlando resort has a Harry Potter World with Hogwarts Castle, Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade and the Hogwarts Express.
The new park with expand on this, with both British and French Ministry of Magics.
This will be the third Nintendo theme park, along with those in Tokyo and Los Angeles.
Though Universal hasn't shared many details about the worlds, we have been given a few glimpses of Celestial Park.
The Constellation Carousel will be in the middle of the land, with 360-degree rotations.
The biggest ride in Celestial Park will be the dual-launch rollercoaster Starfall Racers, which will reach speeds of 100 km/h and a height of 40 metres.
The track is 1.5km long.
Nintendo fans will be able to shop at the Super Star Store for themed merch.
In total, the park will offer over 50 attractions, entertainment and dining options and shopping experiences to choose from.
