The iconic aesthetic even inspired the cult Instagram account, Accidentally Wes Anderson, that showcases photography from around the world reminiscent of the director's unique aethetic.

Now the Anderson-like photographs and stories that garnered a community of more than a million fans have been turned into a stunning coffee table book by the account's founder and curator, Wally Koval.

With permission from Wes Anderson himself, Koval captures the real-life places from some of the most interesting and idiosyncratic destinations on Earth that share the quirky vision of the director's films.
