Coach driver shocks millions after revealing hidden bedroom
A coach driver in the UK has shocked millions online after revealing the hidden sleep compartment on his bus.
In video posted to his TikTok account, Joseph Annetts from Woking, Surrey, walks down the aisle of the empty coach before heading towards the vehicle’s back steps.
“If a coach driver is missing, they’re in the hidden bedroom,” the caption on Annetts’ video, dated March 20, reads.

The video then shows Annetts pan his camera down the back steps, revealing access to the coach’s bathroom and a hand rail leading to a clear exit.
As he walks down the stairs, Annetts pauses before bending down under the hand rail.
He then lifts up a small, unmarked roller door to reveal a single bed with a pillow and crumpled sheets. There also appears to be an intercom and light switch in the compartment.
“Got to wait for passengers for five hours,” he wrote in a post accompanying his video.

Annetts’ video has been viewed more than 1.3 million times since posting.
Of the more than 1500 comments, most expressed their shock at the existence of the hidden room.
“I totally thought you were gonna walk into the toilet,” one person wrote.
“Omg, I genuinely always wondered where coach drivers go when they take people on day trips,” another wrote.

“I’m expecting an ensuite with a single bed. But it’s a coffin sized cupboard,” yet another wrote.
“Planes have the mile high club, coaches have the 1 metre club,” another wrote.
