Set over two levels, the wine bar has a gorgeous rooftop and channels the owner's Greek heritage with whitewashed limestone and terracotta-coloured tiles.
Share plates include saganaki croquettes and taramasalata with caviar and koulouri, while the wine list features bottles primarily from Greece and Australia.
Starward Distillery & Bar, Port Melbourne

Entering through a monogrammed red door, patrons will find themselves in an old dressing room, filled with mannequins, rolls of fabric, and a vintage sewing machine, in a nod to the many garment workers who once lived in the area.
