Zamboni-driver proposes to partner while working at ice hockey match

There’s nothing quite like being proposed to while sitting on some heavy machinery, is there ladies?

Throw in a few thousand people who you don’t know and the fact that your beau is also working at the time and all your dreams have been realised.

That’s how it all works isn’t it?

The chap in the video above did all those things and still got the response he was looking in the US.

An American Hockey League - ice hockey for the uninitiated – play-off game between the Grand Rapid Griffins and San Jose Barracudas had reached the second intermission when the man in charge of supplying a fresh layer of ice with his Zamboni machine took the chance to ask his partner to become his wife.

The woman didn’t need much time to say yes, and that was probably a good thing.

Her husband-to-be then needed to get back to work to prepare the rink for the remainder of the match.
