Woods shoots impressive round

Tiger Woods has golf fans excited again after shooting an impressive seven under par 65 on day two of the Hero World Championships.

Woods continued his return to competitive golf in fine style even though he’s a number of shots behind leader JB Holmes.

Playing solo because Justin Rose pulled out with a bad back, Woods didn’t have a single bogey on his card and shot 65 in a shade under three hours. 

His round included seven birdies and the 40 year old 14 time champion remarked about feeling better with his play on day two.

"Yesterday I had it going and lost it. Today was different," Woods said.

He told the Golf Channel: "It feels good. I played the middle of the round better, kept the momentum going and moved myself up the board."
